Our Vision, Mission and Values are the beacons by which we set our strategic compass and align our everyday priorities. Vision, Mission and Value statements signal our intent and direction, and allow our employees the freedom to put their own mark on the implementation of our corporate strategy, an essential part of enthusiastic execution and good governance.

For information to be an indispensable part of our customers’ decision-making processes. 

Our vision reinforces the importance of the “customer” in our strategic and future thinking.  It also reinforces the value of knowledge, knowhow, expertise and skill in the use and application of Quinlou services. The emphasis on “indispensable” reflects the belief that we have in what it is we do and moreover underpins a strategy of being more than just a supplier to our customers. For what we do to become an indispensable part of what our customers do will require us to work in continued partnership with our customers with a strong focus on their success. The focus on “decision making processes” further strengthens this partnership approach and puts greater emphasis on the need for us to continue to develop domain expertise in certain markets or industries as well as demonstrating a greater understanding of our customers businesses.

To ensure that our current and future customers understand the benefits, impact and legal requirements for the services we offer.

Our mission puts the focus and emphasis of what we do, how we do it and why we do what we do, firmly on our “customers”.  By “ensuring” that our customers “understand”, we are driving for greater certainty in being able to achieve this mission. Implicit in our mission is the fact that once our customers do understand then they will continue to do business with us. Acknowledging “business, environmental and social” demonstrates that we do not take a one size fits all approach and that we acknowledge that there is far reaching impact for what we do with our customers over and above simply satisfying their immediate business needs. Finally our mission reflects the value of what we do as being the use and application of “geographic information” to deliver “powerful” benefits to our customers.
